bir zamanlar çocuklar için kutsal olan mekanlardan biriydi. en azından kendi çocukluğum için bunu söyleyebilirim. çankaya'nın o yokuşu çıkılır annenizle el ele ve atakule'ye girilir. hemen alt kata yönelinir. orada insan kendini kaybettiğinden içeride neler yapıldığıysa pek anımsanmaz. ama en çok toplu havuz ve minderden silindirler kalmış aklımda. atarilerle filan pek işim olmazdı benim. zıplayıp hopladığımız, üzeri aynalarla kaplı bir yer vardı. çıkınca ter içinde olurduk hepimiz. kıyafetler değiştirilirdi. sonra pizza hut'a giderdik. çok çok güzeldi. her hafta sonu taa bilmem nerelerden kalkıp giderdik. daha doğrusu götürürdü annem. güzel zamanlarmış. şimdi kapanmış olması insanı çok üzüyor. zaten 2000'lerin başından beri ufacık bir alana taşınmıştı, şimdiyse atakule zaten kapandı. hatıralarını da yadedemiyorsun. bomboş, hüzünlü bir şekilde sana bakıyor koskocaman bina. her şeyin bu kadar çabuk değişiyor olmasına alışamıyor insan ya da uzun zaman geçmiş olduğu halde hala o zamanı kısa sanmaya.

atari nedir sorusunun cevap bulduğu atakule mekanıydı. 1990'larda atari burada oynanırdı. Bir nesil parayı bu mekana baydı; eğlenceyi burada tattı.
