gently as she goes

beowulf filminde kraliçe Wealthow tarafından söylenen şarkılardan biri. sözler Alan Silvestri
tarafından yazılmış, şarkı ise Robin Wright Penn tarafından seslendirilmiştir.

sözleri ise şu şekildedir:

lips, ripe as the berries in June
Red the rose, red the rose
Skin, pale as the light of the moon
Gently as she goes
Eyes, blue as the sea and the sky
Water flows, water flows
Heart, burning like fire in the night
Gently as she goes…

güftesi aşağı yukarı şöyledir:

"haziran yemişleri gibi diri dudakları
kırmızı gül, ah o kırmızı gül
ayışığınca solgun beyaz ten
ah , o güzel narince giderken

denizlerce, gökyüzünce mavi güzel gözler
su gibi süzülür akar, akar
kalbim geceyi aydınlatan ateş gibi yanar
ah , o güzel narince giderken"
