eski şarkılarını yeniden yorumlamış olsalar da kendilerini tekrarlıyorlarmış hissini asla yaratmayan anathema albümü. şimdi tek eksik buraya gelip bir konser daha vermeleri zira özledik.

geçmiş şarkılarından ciddi anlamda farklılıklar gösteren eserler çıkarmış anathema kere ortaya. leave no trace , temporary peace gibi zaten yakın zamana ait şarkılar ellerinde daha da güzelleşmiş ama albümün en güzel yeri baştan aşağı yenilenen fragile dreams'in son 90 saniyesi sanıyorum. tales of the unexpected(unchained) albümdeki tek yeni anathema şarkısı ve çok sesli hem müziğiyle hem sözleriyle çok kaliteli bir çalışma. angelica ve flying de ise eskiyi aramakla birlikte , dinlenebilir işler gördüğümüzü de ekleyelim. albüm cover'ı ise travis smith'ten sonra artık işin bu noktasında da kendini hissettirmeye başlayan vincent cavanagh imzalıdır sanıyorum. emin değilim ama geçen albümdeki sanat prosedürlerini yönetmiş vincent kendine bu tip bir tarz yaratmaya çalışıyor ve fevkalade bir iş çıkarıyor.

anathema'nın iki cd olması beklenen yeni albümünün adı. gerçek hiç bir şey tam olarak belli değil . zaten eğer işin içinde anathema varsa hiç bir şey net değildir. bu albümde olması beklenen şarkılardan everything ve a simple mistake i kendi sitelerinde yayınladılar zaten. albümün tek cd sinin de eski şarkıların akustik versiyonları olması öngörülüyordu ki bunlardan dört tanesi de ( angelica * , inner silence * , fragile dreams * ve are you there * ) internet ortamına düşmüş durumda. anathema ; peşin fiyatına 12 taksitle.
