Bir grup silah tüccarının peşine düşen özel ajan Derrick Vann'ın yolu çaylak ve geveze satıcı Andy Fiddler ile kesişir. Ani bir plan yapan Derrick, silah satıcılarını yakalamak için Andy'yi kullanmaya karar verir. Ama Vann'ın mı Fiddler'ı yoksa Fiddler'ın mı Vann'ı kendisine benzeteceği muammadır.
