murphy yasaları

have you ever heard of murphy, i am sure he is to blame,
since he invented murphy's law, life's never been the same.
he said 'I'll make a law that everyone must obey',
and, cursed be his name, that's true unto this day.

anything that can go wrong, be sure it certainly will,
when your house is on on fire there'll be a hole in the bucket you try to fill
and you should lose your money and have none left at all
the roof will cave in above your head and snow begins to fall.

the dress you paid a fortune for is now marked down half price,
your nest egg in the stacking has been eaten up by mice,
your best friend's opened a bookshop with the books he borrowed from you,
and in the supermarket yours is always the slowest queue.

every piece of bread you drop will land on the buttered side,
and whenever you're in a hurry there will be a red traffic light,
you may struggle aa you can it will still be in vain,
the light at the end of tunnel is only the coming train.

to end this lamentation, it will all turn out well
'cause murphy for his wickedness has surely gone to hell,
and when the trumpets of armageddon sound, proclaiming judgment day
then murphy will ride the hosts of hell and everything will be okay.

oh, life will never be the same again the way it was before
since murphy's lost his head and invented murphy's law.
