2008 de relapse 2010 da recovery ve 2013 kasımında yayınlanan mmlp2 den sonra eminem in bir süre daha sessiz kalacağı bekleniyordu. ama eminem 2014 içinde 9. albümünün çıkacağını duyurdu. eminem in the monster tour da giydiği t shirt lerle reklamını şimdiden yaptığı albümün ilk single ı bundan tam 2 saat kadar önce yayınlandı.

sia ile birlikte yaptığı düet e guts over fear ismini veren eminem in yakında yeni şarkılar yayınlamaya devam edeceği ve 3-4 ay içinde yeni albümü çıkartması bekleniyor.

eminem an itibariyle albümdeki şarkıların listesini paylaştı. buna göre albüm 2 cd den oluşacak. ilk cd ye disk X ikincisine ise disc V ismi verildi. ilk cd de yeni şarkılar, ikinci cd de ise eski şarkılar yer alıyor. tabi bu eski şarkılara yeni bir yorum katılmış. hatta eminem lose yourself i yeniden seslendirecek. albümde en dikkat çekici şey ise, çok sayıda feat olması ve birçok sanatçının katkısının olması.

aslında bakılınca albüm bir shady records en iyiler albümü gibi. güzel bir albüm bekliyor bizi.
