incubus'un bu sene çıkardığı greatest hits albümüdür. 2 cd'den oluşmaktadır, ilk cd'de grubun klasikleşmiş ve hit olmuş şarkıları yer alırken, ikinci cd'de grubun daha önce yayınlanmamış şarkıları ve alternatif versiyonlar yer almaktadır. güzel olmuştur, ellerine sağlıktır, grupla yeni tanışanlar için özellikle iyi bir albümdür. ayrıca 2. cd'de bulunan, albümle aynı adı taşıyan ve günde en az bir kere dinlenilesi monuments and melodies şarkısının sözleri de şöyledir:
